things i love: hummingbirds. i would say i enjoy a good hummingbird sighting over most butterflies. i’ve thought about this, since i am a girl. everything a hummingbird does is so FAST but they are able to stay in one specific place with their wings going like crazy. i dig.

"Having a Classy" is about condensing all that is beautiful about the act of enjoying exquisite food and potent drink; embroidering the drab and the everyday with the gracious circumstances of Art: an outward sign of an inward grace. It is an emphasis on detail, a reverence for craftsmanship, humility in the face of "the marvelous" that envelops and saturates us...We are not connoisseurs or tastemakers, we are folks in love: with food, wine, each other. This is our homage to our time spent in the earnest pursuit of "having a classy."
